What happens if my desk gets damaged during transit?
Our packaging has been built to withstand the journey from our workshop to you. In the rare chance your desk has been damaged during shipping we will arrange to replace, repair or refund the product at our cost.
What if I change my mind after receiving the product?
We typically do not offer refunds for a change of mind as our products are made to order. That being said we make our products for others to enjoy, if you are dissatisfied with the product please contact us immediately and we'll endeavour to resolve the issue.
We offer two payment options:
- Full payment via Visa or Mastercard.
- 50% deposit via Bank Transfer, select 'Manual Payment' at checkout for details. Balance to be paid prior to delivery.
- Shipping within Australia is via road express and typically takes 5 - 10 working days.
- Shipping to US is via DHL Express and typically takes 7 - 10 working days.
