Yes our workshop and showroom is located in Braeside, Victoria. If you would like to visit and see our furniture in person, please contact us and we'll book you in by appointment.
All our products are fully designed and made in Melbourne, Australia.
Our current lead time is approximately 4 - 6 weeks from order placement.

Yes, we email you your tracking details once your order is ready to ship.
Yes, we do ship to regional areas but there may be an extra shipping fee. Please contact us to get an accurate shipping cost.

Our packaging has been built to withstand the journey from our workshop to you. In the rare chance your product has been damaged during shipping we will arrange to replace, repair or refund the product at our cost.
We typically do not offer refunds for a change of mind as most of our products are made to order. That being said we make our products for others to enjoy, if you are dissatisfied with the product please contact us immediately and we'll endeavour to resolve the issue.
International orders may be subject to customs and import duties upon arrival at the destination country, which are the responsibility of the recipient and can vary by country. Failure to pay these fees may result in the shipment being abandoned and forfeit any potential for a refund or replacement.
The table top and legs are made from sustainable Victorian Ash, sourced 100% from regrowth forests in New South Wales, Victoria and Tasmania, Australia. The compartment is made from aluminium.
