Do you have a showroom?


Not yet! We are still operating out of our home workshop but have plans to move to a warehouse space in 2021.




Where do you make your products?


All our products are fully designed and made in Melbourne, Australia.




What is your current lead time for Mesa 57?


Our current lead time is approximately 12 weeks from order placement.





Shipping & Returns

What countries do you ship to?


Currently we are only shipping to Australia and USA.




Do you provide tracking details?


Yes, we email you your tracking details once your order is ready to ship.




Do you deliver to regional areas?


Yes, we do ship to regional areas but there may be an extra shipping fee. Please contact us to get an accurate shipping cost.




What is your return policy?


We follow Australian Consumer Law's Refund Policy, details can be found here.




What happens if the product gets damaged during transit?


If the product is damaged during shipping, please inform us in writing immediately and we will arrange to replace, repair or refund the product.




What if I change my mind after receiving the product?


We typically do not offer refunds for a change of mind as most of our products are made to order. That being said we make our products for others to enjoy, if you are dissatisfied with the product please contact us immediately and we'll endeavour to resolve the issue.
