Our tables and side tables come with the table top and side table body as one piece and legs as a pair which get bolted onto the top. The items come in a heavy duty box that will be delivered at the entrance of the building's premise. The package will not be taken inside or up stairs.

We provide international shipping through a range of carriers including DHL, FedEx and Local Post. International orders may be subject to customs and import duties upon arrival at the destination country, which are the responsibility of the recipient and can vary by country. Failure to pay these fees may result in the shipment being abandoned and forfeit any potential for a refund or replacement.

What is your current lead time?Our current lead time is approximately 4 - 6 weeks from order placement.

Where do you make your products?All our products are fully designed and made in Melbourne, Australia.

Do you have a showroom?Yes our workshop and showroom is located in Braeside, Victoria. If you would like to visit and see our furniture in person, please contact us and we'll book you in by appointment.

What if I change my mind after receiving the product?We typically do not offer refunds for a change of mind as most of our products are made to order. That being said we make our products for others to enjoy, if you are dissatisfied with the product please contact us immediately and we'll endeavour to resolve the issue.

What happens if the product gets damaged during transit?Our packaging has been built to withstand the journey from our workshop to you. In the rare chance your product has been damaged during shipping we will arrange to replace, repair or refund the product at our cost.

What are the Mesa desks made of?The table top and legs are made from sustainable Victorian Ash, sourced 100% from regrowth forests in New South Wales, Victoria and Tasmania, Australia. The compartment is made from aluminium.

My wall socket is on the left/right side of the desk, how do I route the mains cable?Mesa 57 has been made with channelled grooves in both rear legs. You can choose the leg closest to your wall outlet to keep the cable out of sight.

Can I re-route the mains cable down the other leg later on?Yes, you can switch which rear leg the cable runs down by rotating the powerboard in the compartment.

What about overheating?Our wireless charger is fitted with a heat sink to allow for adequate heat dissipation however to avoid overheating of your device's battery we do not recommend charging for extended periods of time.

What phones are compatible with the integrated wireless charger?Our integrated wireless charger uses the Qi charging standard, most modern phones are compatible with this standard. If in doubt, check to see if your phone is on this list here. Please note due to the camera protusion iPhone 13 phones are not compatible.

I’m right/left handed, is it better to have the wireless charger on the right or left side of the desk and does it interfere with a mouse?"This is a personal preference, however should you choose the wireless charger location on the same side as your dominant hand, the location should not interfere with the normal location for a mouse or mouse pad. How is the wireless charger powered?The wireless charger takes up the USB-A port on the built in power board. It can be unplugged from the port if required.

Is the wireless charger replaceable?Yes, the wireless charger is accessible from underneath the desk via a removable cover plate and the module can be updated should wireless charging standards change.

What are the weight limits of the magnetic hooks?Standard hooks – 1.5 kg (3.3 lbs) Big Boi – 6 kg (13.3 lbs)

How do the magnetic hooks work and what are they made of?All our hooks are made of solid Vic Ash with a flush inset neodymium magnet, stained in either Espresso or Sand. Mesa 57 has two 20cm long steel bars on the underside of the table top, the hooks get magnetised to this surface.

What is the Rise 57?It is a floating shelf that attaches to the Mesa 57 desk. It is fitted onto the desk via undermounted steel brackets. Since it doesn't sit on the desk, the area beneath is kept free.

Can you clamp a monitor arm onto the Rise 57?Yes, it is strong enough to hold dual monitor arm desk clamps, provided the monitor and arms weigh less than 20kg.

What is the weight limit of the Rise 57 shelf?The Rise 57 shelf has a maximum centre load of 20kg.

Is the Rise 57 removable?Yes, it can be removed via 8 bolts if required.

How do the Mesa desks assemble?There is minimal assembly required. Mesa desks comes flat-packed as: 1x Table top with compartment 2x Pairs of legs Each pair of legs easily fix onto the underside of the table top with 4 bolts. If selected, the Rise shelf can be fixed with it's brackets to the table top via 8 bolts and removed if ever desired. All hardware and tools are provided.

Do I need a mate to help me assemble the desk?Yes, the desks are quite heavy so get a mate to help you assemble and move the desk to its happy place.
